We take your privacy seriously.

Your reputation is our reputation. Blue Signal puts confidentiality first for both clients and candidates.

Our Privacy Policy

Most recruitment firms have no privacy policy in place. Blue Signal takes confidentiality seriously for both job seekers and hiring managers. Everyone who works with us signs a non-disclosure agreement to protect confidential information.

Our clients appreciate confidential hiring, and our candidates are more open and willing to explore opportunities, knowing that their reputation will not be put in jeopardy. This allows us to provide better high-quality candidate to our clients, and a wider range of job options for our candidates.

Confidential Searches

Blue Signal is available to conduct confidential replacement searches. We regularly recruit candidates confidentially for roles that are not publicly posted, for new departments, startups, and product launches. To protect your privacy, each candidate signs a non-disclosure agreement before we reveal the company name and role.

We also specialize in confidential job searches for professionals who are looking to move forward in their careers. Since many of our candidates are known professionals in small industries, we maintain strict confidence on both sides. We are not a resume mill—each hiring manager sends us a signed non-disclosure agreement before they receive your name and resume.
