Our client is a niche home goods retailer/manufacturer delivering top products and components worldwide. They are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to act as the top manager of the company’s online brand. This person will take charge of a thriving retail brand and grow the online presence, including optimizing website content and running marketing campaigns.

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for delivering marketing/advertising content, as well as optimizing the website for conversions and clicks. They will maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and advertisers to boost the company’s online presence and brand awareness.

Focus:

  • Develop marketing campaigns for social media, Google ads, and other online channels.
  • Deliver weekly reports on website traffic, rankings, engagement, metrics, and Google analytics.
  • Design graphic and text content for marketing and advertising campaigns on multiple online channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Run marketing campaigns and closely monitor conversions, CPC, CTR, and other key metrics. Optimize conversions and ROI.
  • Optimize website content and landing pages to reduce bounce rate, improve traffic flow, reduce downtime, and increase conversions.
  • Resolve errors, broken links, and other technical issues.
  • Build strong back-link profile and online reputation. Contact influencers for product placement.

 

Skills:

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, including experience with developing advertising and marketing content.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, including:
    • Google search rankings, algorithms, and metrics.
    • Google Analytics
    • Lead conversion
    • Bounce rate
  • Basic proficiency with WordPress, HTML, CSS, and website editing tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as marketing, communications, journalism, or advertising.
  • Excellent communication skills; strong attention to detail and process.
