They are hiring a Personal Banker to support branch-level banking activities, sales, lending, customer service, and teller support.

- Handle customer transactions within the bank, with a strong focus on outstanding service and attention to detail.
- Recommend banking products, including checking/savings accounts, loans, investments, lines of credit, credit cards, and retirement accounts, referring customers to a personal banker to explain and close sales when needed.
- Protect customer information and bank assets through anti-fraud and customer privacy procedures.
- Efficiently complete a range of administrative tasks and maintain proper documentation of all transactions and changes according to banking regulations.
- Experience in retail banking within sales and customer service, with a special focus on building strong customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of retail banking products, especially retirement accounts, mutual funds, annuities, money market instruments, lines of credit, and loans.
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
